I was a founder of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, which is now the largest trade organization of its kind in the world, and the Association of Field Service Managers, which grew to over 5,000 members from 1,500 organizations worldwide. I have proven myself as a creative innovator, leader and team builder.

In addition to my technical and business credentials, I am a graduate of Coach University, the largest coach training organization in the world.
